NO PAYSITES OR EXCHANGE. Other than that, do as you wish. Everything I make is up for use, but be aware that I do use others resources sometimes when I make stuff, and as such, please respect the original creators' policies.
If it's just something I've put together from scratch, then go nuts!
With Sims I upload, the only thing I ask is that you do not change their facial structure and please credit me if you use them for anything (even if you've changed them in any way). Feel free to change anything else about them. Name, personality/aspiration, skin, hair, eyes, clothes, age, gender, whatever. All of my sims are pixel_trade friendly.
If you do use something of mine in a project/creation/poke at it with a stick and you post about it, link me up. I'd love to see what you come up with! Seeing my crap in other people games makes me a very happy camper. :D
